This product consists of 1 aluminium cup leaching machine, 1 glue melting system, 2 assembling & gluing system. Aluminium cup leaching machine through shaker, aluminium cups are sent to conveyor one by one upside. First coated wick will be cut into required length and fixed with sustainer at clipping section. Meanwhile guling section will place glue bean in the middle of aluminium cup . When turntable moves , wick with sustainer and aluminium cup will be moved to same position , then pole can carry the wick with sustainer and stick it with the aluminium cup. When wick folded , lack of sustainer or aluminium cup, machine will stop automatically , easy for checking and solving. The gluing section adopts German gluing gun, position and size of glue can be placed suitably. When wick with sustainer is glued in the aluminium cup, they will be transfferd to the turntable of pushing section. Start this section , turntable works, it will take a certain quantity aluminium cups to the front of pusher , cups are in a certain distance. Then pusher will send them to the conveyor for filling . The cups quantity and distance between them can be adjusted in order to satisfy customers require .
