Machine Introduction

Automatic rotating tealight candle machine is our patent designed machine. From looding wax powder, pressing to products, the whole processes will be finished automatically. Tealight weight and height can be adjusted in a certain range by hand wheel.
Our designer refines every detail of the equipment according to the customer demands. Matching the upper/lower punches with the cavity accurately. 
At the speed of 18000 pcs/hour for pressing tealight, there is a center hole inside the candle to allow for the candle wick, after loading the aluminum cups can by packed. 
When integrating with other devices through the conveyor line, such device can be turned into the automatic production line of tealight candle. It can also be connected with our assembly line of tealight candle filling, which can greatly reduce the number of operators. The thinnest tealight candle is only 6mm, which can be filled into the aluminum box without the dispensing machine. Furthermore, it greatly saves the cost and reduces the forming time.
