HD-072 This product is used to pack tealight into plastic bag : each layer 25pcs , 50pcs/bag (2 layers) , 75pcs/bag (3 layers) or 100pcs/bag (4 layers ) . It is made up of packing channel , arms , lifting platform and candle exit . Electrical parts are famous brand , quality can be trust .
This product can be connected with tealight conveyor , tealight go through packing channel , there are 5 sensors above the channel . When tealight in the channel are enough for one layer , the door in the front will open , two arms are separately used to take tealight and hard paper .When one arm put tealight on lifting platform , hard paper is taken by the other arm at the same time; Then arm will go down to take tealight again , meanwhile hard paper is put on previous tealight. If tealight quantity is not enough in packing channel , machine will wait for enough tealight then goes on working . This will avoid short packing .
