This product is made up of conveyor ,filling head, wax tank, heating box ,control box (conveyor , filling head ,sprayed nozzle and wax tank are made of stainless steel).Liquid wax is pumped into filling head by a heat resistant pump which is in the wax tank. Liquid wax will move between filling head and wax tank circularly. When the containers on the conveyor move under the filling head, a sensor will detect them and begin to fill .The liquid wax volume can be adjusted and set by a timer on control box. It has two operating ways: auto-filling and manual filling, easy to control. While we can add cooling system according to customer's require in order to short cooling time.
We can make converyor as 12m, 24m, 36m, also can design as customer's require. The speed of conveyor moving is controlled by VFD, so you can control conveyor speed according to filling time.
Each set of filling line includes two filling heads, two wax tanks and two heating boxes (if 12m conveyor, each section will be only one).
Heating oil can be added into the interlayer of filling head and wax tank. There is heating pipe in the interlayer. By setting temperature controller on control box in order to adjust heating oil temperature, so keep liquid wax temperature in filling head and wax tank. By controlling the liquid wax temperature, it satisfies customer's require of different candle formula. There are three lines of nozzles at the bottom of filling head which can be used to fill tealight cup, glass cup and big jar. The height of filling head can be adjusted along shelf which will be suitable for different height and volume container.
There is a pump in wax tank which can pump liquid wax into filling head. Wheels are at the bottom of tank, so you can move it accordingly.
The first heating box is at the beginning of conveyor which is used to pre-heating glass or ceramic container; The second heating box is at the end of conveyor which is used to smooth the surface of candle in order to get the best effect.
